"Our Soul Purpose" is to serve the Lord. This should be the defining characteristic of our lives as God's children. And yet what is the point of devoting our lives to Christ if there is no reward for the faithful? In this sermon, we examine the nature of biblical hope. While people today view hope as something that is uncertain, the Bible defines hope as "confident expectation." Expectation of what? And how can we develop confidence in our view towards heaven?
