In the third lesson in our "Distinctive Issues" series, we look at an issue that not only sets us apart from denominational churches, but other so-called "churches of Christ" as well. The question is this: what is the purpose of the church? At Queen Way, we believe strongly that the church is a spiritual institution, not a social club. But it doesn't matter what we believe. Let's go to God's word to discover God's purpose for the local church.
