On December 1st, we had a guest speaker for both the morning and evening sermons - Jefty Winburn, a former member of the Queen Way church of Christ who now lives and preaches near Atlanta, Georgia. In the morning lesson, Jefty sought to explain a difficult text from the book of 1 John, drawing from the language of the Old Testament to provide clarity.
