This is the first of four sermons in a series on "Distinctive Issues," a series in which we will examine issues that distinguish the Queen Way church of Christ from other churches. In this lesson, we engage in an in-depth study of the PURPOSE of water baptism. Whereas the majority of churches teach that baptism is merely an "outward sign of an inward grace," we here at Queen Way believe that baptism is "for the remission of sins."
